Where we ship
We ship from Riga, Latvia, to the destinations currently available in our country selector and at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Processing time
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Latvian public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves us.

Estimated delivery
Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands: 2–3 business days.
Other European destinations: 3–5 business days.
United States: 5–8 business days.
Other enabled destinations: 6–10 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Customs, carrier disruption, severe weather and local holidays can cause delays.

Customs, taxes and duties
Orders delivered within the European Union include applicable taxes and do not incur import duties. For destinations outside the EU, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes and customs charges unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please check your delivery address before ordering. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact the carrier and email grace@charmeleavenue.com so we can help investigate. Our responsibility for lost or damaged goods is governed by applicable consumer law.
