Shipping &
Returns

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days on the next business day. Once your order is packed you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the link to activate.

During peak periods — holidays, new releases, or campaigns — processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you personally if there is any unexpected delay.

Sweden, Norway & Netherlands 2–3 business days
Europe 3–5 business days
USA & Canada 5–8 business days
Rest of world 6–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship worldwide.

We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all EU countries — no additional charges at delivery.

Orders to non-EU destinations are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@charmeleavenue.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We will respond within 2–5 hours and resolve the issue promptly.

You may cancel or amend your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You may return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items must be clean and odor-free — trial wear only.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Email info@charmeleavenue.com specifying REFUND or EXCHANGE, along with your name, address, order number, phone, and the item or size in question. We will confirm and provide next steps within 2–5 hours.

Ship the item at your own expense via a trackable courier to: Charmele Avenue, Ropazu 14a-59, Riga, LV. Include a printout of your email inside the parcel. The return must arrive within 14 days of your notice.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days. Allow an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account. We reserve the right to adjust the refund based on the condition of the returned item.

Follow the same return process and specify the size or item you would like instead. Your new piece ships upon inspection of the returned item. Return shipping remains your responsibility.
