Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched from Riga within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Latvian public holidays. During launches, campaigns, and holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery

Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands: 2–3 business days
Other European destinations: 3–5 business days
United States: 5–8 business days
Other enabled destinations: 6–10 business days

Delivery estimates begin when an order is dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently deliver to destinations available in the country/region selector and at checkout.

Duties and taxes

Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped with applicable import duties handled. Non-EU orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes payable by the customer unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Returns

You may notify us of a return within 14 calendar days of receiving an item. After notifying us, send the item back within 14 days. Items may be inspected and tried on as they would be in a physical shop, and should otherwise be returned clean, unwashed, with tags, accessories, and original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For a valid statutory withdrawal, we refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Upgraded or express delivery supplements are not refundable.

How to return

Email grace@charmeleavenue.com with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. We will provide the return instructions. Use a trackable service.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email us promptly with your order number, photographs, and a brief description. We will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.
